HR Capability

As HR teams and organisations focus on ensuring D&I is embedded in their day to day activity there is an increasing need to invest in this core skill.

Day to day challenges at local and global levels include:

  • Using diversity data to analyse trends and understand your D&I maturity.
  • Providing upskilling and education to equip employees with the confidence they're behaving inclusively.
  • Providing access to the latest training and resources for leaders to enable them to own and communicate the D&I strategy.
  • Engaging all employees so they understand current reality and how to become an ally
  • Applying a D&I lens to all policies and frameworks.
